Who is Cathy (Alessandra) Johnson?
I am known as the YES I CAN Coach. Why? Because I’ve “been there” and “done that”.
I started my first successful business in 1995 – and sold it it in 2014 when I started coaching full time. But that’s only the top visible layer.
After walking through a health crisis for both myself and a family member, navigating a divorce after a long-term marriage, and selling two businesses, I faced the reality of starting over. And start over I did—rebuilding my life with resilience, faith, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Though I grew up in the church and raised my children in faith, I didn’t fully grasp the depth of what faith really meant until I was tested. I believe faith is not something separate from daily life, but the foundation that holds it all together—meant to be woven into every aspect, both personally and professionally. For me, faith is not about religion—it’s about a deeply personal relationship with God.
Today, I feel called to walk alongside women entrepreneurs—whether they’ve been rooted in faith for years or are just beginning to explore what it means for them. I offer a space free of judgment and expectation, where women are encouraged to discover their own unique journey.
I believe success isn’t just about strategy—it’s about soul alignment. I help women entrepreneurs step boldly into their Spirit-led calling, unapologetically aligning their values, vision, and work.
