Feel the Burnout? I hear ya!
Feel the burn-out? I hear ya! The world has alot going on. Now more than ever we need to remain focused in purpose and not allow the many distractions to take us off course.
Here are 3 ways to get back in flow:
(1) Revisit your vision. When was the last time you actually visualized your dreams and your desired outcome? When I have big dreams I'm working towards, I literally lay in bed prior to falling asleep or first thing upon waking up, and visualize the dream right down to the people, the places, the outcomes and the feelings. And of course, I pray on it and invite Spirit into the conversation. It's a game changer.
(2) Set 1 boundary today. Boundaries are essential for peace in the crazy. Is there a boundary that is being crossed in your business or life? Others don't know your boundaries unless you share them. For example, create the boundary of not answering emails or text messages in the evening - and let people know it. You get the idea... what is one boundary you can set today to help you stay out overwhelm & burnout?
(3) Take 10 minutes for daily soul-care. What is soul care? It's the process of nurturing your spiritual life, values, and beliefs, distinct from self-care, which focuses on physical and emotional well-being.I suggest starting with 10 minutes a day, but if you can only take a few minutes, start there. Journal, pray, still quietly in silence or listen to a podcast. Fill your soul daily as a foundation for living your best life.
