From My Heart to the Table
Faith… is NOT any specific religion, not a ritual, and not about rules or regulations.
Faith IS a belief in something greater than yourself — a Higher Power. For me, that Higher Power is God, and my faith allows me to fully lean in and lean on Him with absolute trust and confidence.
I recognize that your spiritual path may look quite different than mine — in name, practice, or expression — and that difference is something I deeply respect. I believe we each have our own beautiful journey of faith and I am called to hold an open, welcoming, safe space for women to seek, explore, and grow stronger -together.
What do I mean that I feel “called”? Back in January of 2022, I had a nudge about my “calling” while working with a spiritual director. In fact, I went and dug through 5 years of journals this morning to find the journal entry - 1/5/22. Spirit spoke to my heart and soul that morning, planting the seed to step into my faith fueled coaching while opening the space - or garden - for others to explore what faith is to them. I was clear from that moment onward. Doesn’t mean I didn’t have big fears about it! In fact, the fears are recorded in my journal as well!
At the Table, faith is simply part of who I am and how I lead. I may pray. I may reference scripture and say God or Jesus. Those are my beliefs. But hear me when I say — there is no judgement or expectation of what you should do or believe. It’s my expression of the relationship I hold with my Higher Power. For me, the Table (and my coaching) isn’t about Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism - or any of the 4000+ religions (per Google). It’s about allowing you and others to seek, explore and experience.
I strongly believe faith is meant to be our foundation and incorporated into every part of our life — business, relationships, health, and finances. When we learn to trust and surrender, we can discover profound peace, joy, and love … and truly, who doesn’t need more of that?
Whether you’re walking in deep knowing or just beginning to explore, you are welcome at the Table.
